Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate care records
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care team members
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Florida
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or a clinical setting
- Reliable transportation
- Clear level 2 background screening
